Creating a space is very simple. By clicking on the "Create a space" button, a pop-up window appears to enter the necessary information.

The name of the space is to be defined first in this screen. This is particularly important because, not only will it allow all the collaborators to know the subject just by reading this name, but it will also define the URL to connect to it.

Indeed, the sub-domain of the URL where the space will be accessible is automatically defined according to the name of the space. Special characters, spaces, etc. are automatically removed to be compatible with the internet. The result is visible in the field "Access via URL".

A "Description" field is also available to give even more precision on this space.
