The ADMINISTRATION tab gives administrators access to the Dashboard page, where they can view the basic statistics of their Onfly platform or they can export the data needed to create their dashboard in their favourite tool.

Client Dashboard (predefined)

The Client Dashboard is a predefined dashboard that does not allow any modification by the user. Here, administrators can view the basic statistics of their library.

Data export

The data export button at the top right allows you to export the data. After clicking the button, you will receive an email with a download link where you can download a ZIP file with all Excel files inside.

The ZIP file exported from Onfly contains 6 files in Excel format:

• 📗 Objects.xlsx
• 📗 ObjectsClassifications.xlsx

• 📗 OnflyUsers.xlsx

Power BI template

As a starting point, a Power BI template can be provided from BIM&CO. This template contains dynamic and fully customisable graphics.
