Enable and use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to secure access to your account.

Prerequisites

1) Enable MFA for your company

MFA must be enabled at the company account level.

2) Enabling MFA per user (first user login after activation)

The next time each user logs in, choose your preferred method to secure your account:

  1. Enter your usual username and password.
  2. A screen will prompt you to enable and configure security.

Passkey Method

You can also set up a passkey. It replaces the MFA code with authentication via your device (Face ID/Touch ID, fingerprint, Windows PIN, etc.) depending on what’s available.

This option is generally our preferred choice because it’s faster to use on a daily basis.

Two-Factor Authentication (MFA via App) Method

  1. Grab your phone and open your authentication app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.).

  2. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen.

  3. Enter the generated code to confirm activation.

→ What this means for your future logins: after entering your password, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code from the app.
