The command to export an Excel file is found in the top right button "Enrich" of the property dictionary page.
When you click on "Export to Excel", the data is exported to an Excel file (.xlsx).
There are different tabs:
This table displays all the properties.
PROPERTY_GUID
: The GUID is the unique global identifier of the property. When exporting do not change this value otherwise the link with the platform property will be lost. If you want to add a new property, just leave this cell empty, the platform will recreate a new identifier.Property_Domain
: This is the domain in which the property will be stored. Simply choose one of the values in the List of Property domains
tab.Unit
: This is, if needed, the unit defined for the property, in fact only the Integer and Numeric values can have a unit. Just choose one of the values in the List of Units
tab.Edit_type
: This is the method of filling the property, three possible values, input, single or multiple choice value list. Simply choose one of the values in the List of `Edit_Type`` tab.Data_type
: The datatype of the property allows to define the good interoperability of this one with the other databases. Select the value from the List of Datatypes
