It is possible to export a classification when you have already created it. Simply display the details of the classification.

The "Export an Excel file" button allows you to obtain your classification in the current language with the identifiers that have been created for each node.

The downloaded Excel file has several tabs.

The first one named "Classification nodes" concerns the classification hierarchy and its translations.

The first column contains the unique identifiers of the classification nodes in the first column. This identifier will be used to update the classification data on import.

The second column contains the classification code. Either this must be unique for each node in the classification, or you must leave it blank for all nodes.

The third column contains the level of the classification node. This must always be consistent with the nodes above it in the hierarchy. For example, if a node is level 2, the node below it can be 1, 2 or 3 but not 4.

The following columns are the class names and descriptions translated into the following languages (Portuguese, English, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, French).

The "Linked properties" tab allows you to link dictionary property identifiers to classification node identifiers.

The "Linked Sets" tab allows you to link the identifiers of the dictionary property sets to the identifiers of the classification nodes.

You can modify this Excel file, translate some languages, insert new nodes and then import it back into your classification.
