A property whose input type is Single selection or Multiple selection must contain at least two values in order to allow a choice. There is no upper limit.
When this input type is selected in the General tab, the Values tab then appears.

This tab displays the possible values of the property. These values also appear in the Properties table, under the Possible values column.

By clicking on the Add values button in the Values tab, a pop-up appears allowing you to choose a value from those existing in the current dictionary.

You simply need to search for and select the values you wish to add to the property, then confirm.

It is not possible to add values to a property whose current space is not the owner — for example, a property belonging to the OPMS or to a parent space. In that case, the Values tab appears in read-only mode (no addition or deletion of values).

If the value you are looking for does not yet exist in the dictionary, you can create one.
In the same pop-up, the Create a value button opens a new pop-up on top, allowing you to fill in the required fields.

The value can be translated into the different languages activated in the current space. Only the translation in the default language is mandatory.
If some translations are missing in a specific data language, an alert icon will be displayed next to the default translation in the Possible values column of the properties table.
