Defining a Content Request
A content request corresponds to a request made by user for an object that does not yet exist on the platform.

This request then follows a workflow; transfer, validation (or refusal), modeling, delivery and publication.

Request form

As part of the request, the applicant fills in the general information
- Name of the request
- Name of the project
- Expected delivery date
- Type of object (generic or manufacturer)
Description of the request
This part corresponds to object-specific information.
- Name and description of the object
- Different references (if necessary, there may be only one)
- Level of detail (defined by a LOD)
- Modeling software and version to use
- Type of unit to be used for modeling (Metric or Imperial)
- In addition, additional documents (catalog, technical data sheet) can be attached to facilitate the modeling.
