To prevent overloading your computer's disk space, no collection will be synchronized by default. Additionally, if you have a large number of collections on your Onfly space, downloading all of them is not practical, and you likely won't need all of them anyway.
Each user, regardless of their role, will be responsible for defining which collections will be accessible from the Standalone connector on the collection management page.
The synchronisation is the process of downloading the latest modifications to your Onfly collections.
After the first synchronisation, the connector will re-synchronise after 60 minutes. The remaining time until the next synchronisation will be displayed in the notification bar.
If you want to receive the latest changes to your collections and there is still time left for automatic synchronisation, click on the "Sync now" button. The synchronisation process will start immediately.

π The first version of this app has been designed to provide support for software other than Revit, AutoCAD or Rhinoceros.
If you synchronize Revit, AutoCAD or Rhinoceros objects, you will be able to download the files but these files will not be updated with the last modification you did online and they will not have the Onflyβs identifiers.

The objects synchronised via the connector shall be organised according to the following scheme:

π Folder structure:
πΒ **Space**
βΒ πΒ **Collection**
β πΒ **Software** **version**
β **Object files**

We have included the folder **Software** **version**
to help the user identify the version of the software before opening it.
This folder structure will be stored in the main folder that you have defined in the Standalone connector configuration window.
Once the folders have been downloaded to your computer, they will receive updates every 60 minutes or every time you click Sync Now.
Below you will see the different update cases and what will happen to the synchronised folder on your computer.
