The upload is the first sending of the object on the Onfly platform. At this stage, specific BIM&CO identifiers will be added to the object in order to link it to the object on the platform.

These identifiers are used to find and modify the object stored in Onfly. Modifications can be geometric or at data level.

Whatever function you use, upload ("Send object(s)") or upstream ("Update library"), you will go through the following steps when using them.

1. Selection of the object(s)

This screen allows you to select one or more objects from the model in order to send them to Onfly. A drop-down menu also allows you to display only the objects of the current view or all the objects present in the Project Browser.

<aside> ⚠️ ⚠️ If you have pre-selected one or more objects in the Revit project or via the family editor or if you go through the folder upload, you will not see this screen, the selection will be automatic.
